Our products can be shipped to the EU, Switzerland, and we use different logistics providers depending on your location. We will always ship products with a tracking service so that you can look forward to receiving your new purchase.


If you haven’t received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing an order, please contact us.


When purchasing our products local charges may apply, depending on your region. However, we ensure that all sales taxes, import duties and fees are included in the final sales price.  Any additional charges are at your own expense.


If you would like to ship products outside of our shipping locations, please use a freight forwarding service.


In the rare instance that your product has been lost or damaged in transit, please report this to the shipping company immediately, then report the issue to us. It is important that you do not sign for the delivery if the box is damaged or lost.


Please contact us before returning or exchanging any products


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, providing it is in a saleable condition, for a full refund or a like-for-like exchange (where available). The product must be in new condition and with the original packaging. If the product has been damaged or used, it will not be possible for us to issue a refund.

 When returning a product, please include the original packaging. Take care to pack the product correctly to avoid damage during transit. We recommend returning the product using a tracked delivery service. Upon receiving the product we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as the original order.
